I
want to welcome you to this web site and I would like to introduce
myself and this church.
This church is unlike any other. We don't believe in sitting around and being comfortable. We try new things and we are not afraid of failure. We seek adventure! We are not weirdos or wimps.
One thing that sets us apart is the Sunday morning message. Most pastors preach for 45 minutes - or more! Not me. The sermons here are no longer than 15 minutes long. Yes, they are shorter than most other pastor’s sermons but they are powerful and you will remember more of the message. If that doesn't get your attention I don't know what will.
I
am the pastor- but you can call me Jim. I'm a real guy who loves
playing beach volleyball and the 'Anaheim' Angels. I
have a great wife- Deb and three awesome daughters- Sierra
who is 5 years
old, Katie
who is
3 years old and Evangeline who is 18 months old. I can’t remember
when I had a full night of sleep.
I want to invite you to attend a worship service a few times
and see if you don't find the same things I have talked about.
You
have put your faith in things like the stock market, your job,
skills
and abilities and you have found those things to be temporary
in nature. Every week you attend you will be reminded of the grace
of God in Christ Jesus. This grace of God was accomplished through
the cross and lasts for eternity.
