Help us in Worship as a reader of some of our scripture passages. You will receive the readings during the week. Please practice reading the passage two or three times outloud. Reading it outloud is different than reading it to yourself. This will give you an opportunity to know the pacing and pause points in the reading.

Team members will give the children's message on Sunday mornings. You will do children's message about once every six weeks- more if more people sign up. You will be trained in how to come up with the message- hint: there are a lot of websites that have ideas. Skills needed: Be willing to be in front of people. The ability to laugh (whenever you work with children- you never know what will happen), Enjoy being a part of kids' favorite part of the service.

We need people to get trained in running the camera system for 8am service. Other services might include weddings, funerals, mid-week Advent and Lent Services.

We will train you. It is a two camera system and is easy to operate. The goal is to have many people be able to stream the service so a rotation is set up. The hope is one Sunday ever couple of months.

If you are able to fix, patch or replace things, this team is for you. Certain repairs are needed around the church waiting for people to help with them. Things can range from electrical, plumbing, patch and paint, fix tables, etc. We would send out a note to the fix it team with a description of what is needed and if you can help with that item(s) that would be awesome!

Do you have a smoker and enjoy smoking various types of meats? This team is for you. Throughout the year, we have some occasions for meals of this calibur. We also need people to help with other aspects of the meals- set up/clean up, non-smoked items- like salads, prepping drinks, etc.

We typically are responsible for meals about three or four times a year.

Typically, this role is for younger members of the church. However, the ages are generally 3rd grade - adult. Primary responsibility is to light the candles for each service. at the 8am service, you will also help with communion by collecting cups when people finish communion (a second acolyte is used to help during communion). For the 8am service- acolytes wear a robe and adults and second service Acolytes do not wear robes.
